I have 2 business web sites - Personal Biography and Bicycling Through History and the video promo - with me in the video !!

Currently in semi-retired mode. Managing Rental Properties, developing digital media (DVDs and Web), and finally gave up looking for the next "Big Thing."

Previously Safety Officer, Public Affairs Representative and Helicopter Pilot for 1/158th Cavalry, Maryland Army National Guard. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations and promoting safety awareness. Detailed to generate public support for peacekeeping and emergency relief missions. Duties have included Platoon Leader and Instructor of aviators, aeroscout observers and medical personnel in the unit. Additional duties as Training Officer, Motor Officer, Recruiter and Awards & Decorations Officer. Grade: CW4 Part time usually one weekend per month and two weeks during the summer.

Previously Pilot for Helicopter Transport Services, which was a Part 135 Charter Operator. Responsibilities have included: Aerial Photograhy Pilot, Air Ambulance Pilot, Electronic News Gathering (ENG) Pilot, Executive Transport Pilot, Fire Control Pilot, Television Broadcast Pilot and Stunt Pilot. Part time assignments or on call.

Previously served as Consultant to the Army National Guard Distributed Learning Team. Responsible for helping establish policy at Department of Defense level and implement programs to improve Guard readiness. Specific tasks included cataloging all DL courseware, arranging monthly conferences, helping write the ARNG DL Strategy, scheduling courses, developing scripts, answering inquiries, coordinating public relations and preparing documents for international benchmarking.

Previously served as media consultant to the Military Channel, Auction Television Network and BidNow.com. Responsibilities included creation of new programming content and cataloging of existing material. Established training programs for employees. Wrote, produced and directed media features.

Previously in Real Estate Property Management and Building Project Management. Responsible for all phases of projects from acquisition, planning, design, construction, marketing, sales, to customer service and maintenance. Last project was completion of a seven townhouse development in Laurel, Maryland. Prior to that, supervised 12 new condominium units, 10 new houses and 8 remodeling jobs. Knowledgeable in BOCA building code and local Maryland environmental regulations. Can draft and read blueprints. Familiar with CAD programs. Formerly licensed agent with Century 21 Trademark Properties, Graduate of Realtors Institute, Maryland Board of Realtors.

Occasionally have done temporary assignments as Subject/Evaluator for Research Projects with Department of Defense and the FAA. Most recently took part in "Obstacle Rich Environment" with Boeing. Previously evaluated VASI, Plasi and Acoustic levels for helicopter approaches. Have also created videos and training material for Department of Defense, MAHA and FAA. Have been a Part 135 pilot and current as an Air Transport Pilot.

Previously Air Traffic Controller and Certified Weather Observer with Federal Aviation Administration at BWI and TTN towers. Responsible for safe and orderly operation of flights and training of new personnel. Primary writer of the TTN TWR- PHL APR Letter of Agreement for SVFR Helicopters. GS-11

Previously owner/manager of Skiboard Corporation. Manufacturer of winter sporting goods. Designed, developed and marketed thermoplastic devices for adverse weather. Thoroughly familiar with intellectual property issues and nationwide distribution.

Significant Accomplishments: Holder of two Trademarks and two U.S. Patents relating to publishing, design and manufacture. Principal in small business ventures. Provider of film and video footage for television. Producer / Developer of award winning instructional and promotional media. Web site developer and online publisher of NetRecondo.
