This is a REVIEW of a winter trip to a Colorado ski resort in January, 2014

How many 1969 Wildcats like to ski or ride snowboards? We will never know unless we schedule some more trips. There are certainly many popular winter resorts. The video clip below is a Northwestern Wildcat from Class of 1972.

We cannot disclose where that video was taken due to insurance regulations. Can you believe I got thrown out of a resort for taking video ???

The PROPOSAL presented below is based upon numerous trips there by a 1969 Northwestern grad over the years. We know it is a great place. We have always had good snow. The facilities were more than adequate and most importantly, attendees can have a great time.

Brian Head has all kinds of winter activities (or summer if you visit their site then).

The concept is to meet up and ski or snowboard. There is NO Deadline because anyone going has to make their own reservations. There is a room at Cedar City we can book if enough people want to gather as a mini-reunion. The party does NOT have to be there. We can go to another hotel, or if not enough people sign up, we could still have a smaller gathering at the resort, in a restaurant or anywhere nearby. We can also meet at someone's house or condo.

It all depends upon the numbers and your feedback will determine the interest.

Here is clip of recent snow riding at Brian Head:

Please notice that if Beaver Creek is too pricey for your budget, we have an alternate site at Brian Head, Utah.
This on our schedule for the entire month of February because that is where a certain Wildcat has a season pass.

ANY type of skiing or snowboarding will cost money. $50.00 per person is probably the minimum possible for just the lift ticket itself. Transportation, hotel rooms, other meals or items like renting equipment would obviously cost more. There is NO deadline, because we doubt enough people will show up. So far, it is just a SUGGESTION to come out and enjoy some winter recreation. Some wildcats will be there anyway, so you are certainly welcome to join in.

The whole point of this web site is to determine what kind of interest there might be for such events.

This is where it all comes down to YOU. - Nothing, . . and we mean nothing, can happen unless we get some feedback.
If Beaver Creek or Brian Head have no appeal for you, then fine. . . Ignore this page and look for another event you might attend.

Below are some photos and YouTube clips of having fun in Beaver Creek or at Brian Head.

We want photos or videos of YOU having fun at WINTER RESORTS.

If you have some, then send them via email as an attachment.
